Q: I live in ______________. Do you ship there? How much does it cost?
A: We ship worldwide with Canada Post. The cost varies on country and quantity of items. Any order over $70.00 will receive free shipping.
Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?
A: Yes, with a few exceptions. Items that are not worn, damaged or used may be returned within the first 15 days of purchase. You can either exchange for another size/design with equal value or receive a gift card code for the value of the original purchase. Returned shipping costs will not be covered.
Q: Do you offer local pickups within Montreal?
A: Yes! Please contact us for more information on local pickups.
Q: What brand of t-shirts do you use?
A: We use 100% cotton, unisex Alstyle tees for all our products which have a similar fit to American Apparel's 2001 model.
Q: How/Where do you print your products?
A: All of our shirts are hand printed in-house at the Elektrek Studio via St-Jerome, QC. Each garment is printed with long lasting soft-hand plastisol inks.
Q: How can I keep my print long-lasting?
A: Each garment is hand printed, for best results please wash in cold water or by hand on low tumble. Do not wash in HOT water, to avoid shrinkage please hang dry or low dry.
Q: What do I do if I haven't received my order?
A: For any customer service concerns, please contact us at support@elektrekclothing.com - We'll do our very best to resolve the issue quickly!
Q: You shipped my item but the tracking has stalled / is giving false information / my parcel is late / etc. What do I do?
A: Items that have been shipped with tracking become the responsibility of the postal system (Canada Post). If your tracking number is not updating please contact your local post office first. If that doesn't work, contact us and we'll see what can be done.
Q: I don't live in Canada, will I get charged extra fees when my order is delivered?
A: We can't guarantee that your order may not include import taxes, customs or duty fees. Each country is different. For more information you can check out your country's policies on importing goods from abroad. Please note that we are not responsible for any extra charges during delivery.
